Welcome to The Cavan Centre
The Cavan Centre is a Community Development project offering residential programmes to marginalised and disadvantaged communities, groups and individuals of all ages.
Since 1977 the Centre has been delivering a range of educational, creative, recreational and activity programmes aimed at targeted users with the aim of encouraging them to reach their potential and enhance their social and personal development.
The Cavan Centre is located near Ballyjamesduff in county Cavan and is open on a year-round basis.
Training Courses
Training available in a variety of areas aimed at Youth Leaders or groups of young people. Why not partake in our Staff Team Building Challenge with your staff team. We can also offer many of our developmental courses from our Dublin office or from a group’s premises.
Respite Stays
Stays for those who are going through or have been through a stressful or difficult time. Relax and unwind while having fun in a supportive environment.
Breaking The Cycle Programme
A residential care and education programme of one year’s duration available to vulnerable young people, both male and female, from north inner city Dublin.
