History of the Cavan Centre The Cavan Centre was established in 1977 by a group of enthusiastic Community Youth Workers from Dublin’s North Inner City. The house was leased until 2004, when it was then purchased by the Cavan Centre. Since then, the Centre has been delivering a range of educational, creative and recreational programmes designed to empower participants to reach their full potential and enhance their social and personal development.
